Kombi Invest is a family-run development company operating in the area of Lake Żywiec. We were founded on the belief that the Beskids have untapped potential – both touristic and investment-related. Our vision is to create year-round resorts and apartments that not only generate profits, but also become places to rest and build memories. We treat every project as an investment in the future – yours and that of our local communities.

Co-owner
Kacper Habdas
Manages Kombi-Invest and owns seven other companies. In 24 months he built a community of 450 active investors who, by entrusting him with PLN 240 million in capital, finance further premium apartment projects.
He enriched the vision of Laguna Beskidów with his proprietary Bezpieczna Hybryda model, and Treesna Lake Villa & SPA on Lake Żywiec was created based on his vision. Both projects were built from the ground up: from concept, through financing and architecture, to sales and day-to-day management.
Business is in his blood. Present at sales meetings since childhood, as a teenager he ran his own delivery team in the family company. Raised in a large family of athletes – medalists – he trained alpine skiing himself. Today he transfers that same discipline and resilience to the pace of decisions and the scaling of projects. He releases adrenaline on race tracks.
After hours he is passionate about supercars and watches with investment potential. He treats travel practically, bringing back something concrete: standards, flavors and solutions.
